Modern Warfare (2019) Great but banned

Great hack, but I got banned and here's what I did.

I had a VPN - just realized you shouldn't use this...which i'm guessing is because they know all the major ip ranges of the VPN which raises flags?

I never used aim hacks, only ESP and radar.
I only had one game where 2 people were spectating me after I killed them, but I quit mid way (cuz of other reasons). Other than that, players would not spectate me as I played in a squad of 3 or 4 non hackers. I won only 1 game with the squad, which I'm hoping/guessing didn't look too hacky (especially in the last circle)

*Side note, i also used my account to play on my xbox for multiplayer and get the weapons i wanted. and tanked my stats a load on warzone (parachute, died, parachute, died...ect)

other than that, I just called out people on my radar when i'm dead.

Any suggestions on how to make it less bannable lmk, other than, stop using ESP, and VPN?

I interchange playing on Xbox and PC with hacking account.
I got banned while playing on Xbox, switched to main, and have no problems playing.
