Modern Warfare (2019) FPS Drop When Using Aiming Mode on "Full"

    Hey guys, I've noticed a good 20-30 fps drop when I set my aiming mode on "Full" and holding my aim key. I've tried it with "Hard Lock" mode and it does not seems to be an issue, but I like using "Full" better. Can someone look into this?

    我不知道瞄准模式之间有什么区别。效果是一样的
