I am very sorry for your current situation, but as I said before: We currently have around 160 tickets open. That means we can not answer every ticket in a second. At the moment we are working on tickets that are widly shared in the community. You opened a ticket about an error nobody had before and as I do not program the loader I do not know what exactly that error means; because of that I can not tell you what is wrong and how you or we can fix that issue. Skyfail is working on fixing the biggest problems, but like I said nobody before had the problem you have and because of that other issues are way more important to fix. Please have some patience as we try our best to help everyone.
I understand, and in all I understand, it is only my first impression of the service, and as I said, I will update it as my situation progresses until I change my mind, or continue in the same position, to all this, my subscription continues running the days? (in case of delaying my error) or freezes until there is a solution?
