Yes was curious about Xsplit I tried it to record and it was showing ESP. I used the game caster version.

You need to set it to record the game itself, not the screen. That way it should work fine

im pretty sure its actually broken. I have the same setup for BO2 that i use to record with the EO cheat, it doesn't work with COD:MW

i found out that EO doesn't support OBS for the new cod, it only currently supports xSplit. Also, your 980ti isn't really good nor is it suitable for streaming while gaming.

GPU is there to provide 3D processing for the game itself, whereas CPU is there to grab the frames from the GPU framebuffer and encode it into a h264 video...

ShadowPlay does affect game performance, if only by a little. While Nvidia cites a typical performance decrease of 5%, for more demanding games this can rise as high as 10%. It is true, though, that if you have a high-end PC you may not notice the difference.

On the other hand, OBS is known to use a significant amount of CPU power while also reducing the frame rate. Nevertheless, the fact that OBS is super customizable gives you the option to lower the pressure on your CPU by tweaking some of the parameters: downscaling the output resolution, lowering the frame rate, changing the encoding preset, etc.

The GPU is also used to composite the scene in OBS, and is utilized for certain capture functions, but it doesn't take as much GPU as a game. You don't need a super-high-powered GPU for streaming, you just need a compatible one that isn't terribly old.
