Bought a 3 day trial, haven't been able to use because of the cheat causing my game to crash. Have had VERY minimal assistance with trying to get it fixed. imagine paying money for a product and not having a customer service team willing to help whatsoever.
They normally answer within 1-2 hours . And if they are at fault , they will give you the days. You just gotta wait , they are honest people.
