From my experience with EO IW4X Cheat

Context - I've been using it for about 4 days now and have been using the Rage/Legit features.

Visuals
The visuals are phenomenal on this cheat from the 2D straight up to the bones, You don't have those bad moments when the ESP offsets from the target/enemy. 9/10

Aimbot
The aimbot is very powerful, with a wide range of different settings and values to make you able to play like you're the most insane rage hacker out of any cheat. I personally like 'Legit' hacking more than rage hacking and i would say legit hacking in this client is excellent. 9/10

Rader
In all honesty i didn't really use this feature as i thought it was un needed as i had ESP and was wearing a headset. However it is still very good and works as you could imagine. 8/10

Misc
This gives you the option to have no spread , no recoil and all those sexy modules that you wish you had everyday, they work perfectly and i've never had an issue with anything in this area! 10/10

Altogether i think this hack on this game is worth every penny as if you do get banned it's very easy to make yourself unbanned and the cheat is highly configurable, i would advise anyone who is looking into cheating or relax hacking in IW4x [MW2] should by this hack as if you just use esp and the misc you will not be banned on server and the only way from what i gathered that the server picks up on is insane 'RAGE' Settings. Delete the GUID.dat in your 'Player' folder in your IW4x/MW2 Folder that should work for most servers, If it doesn't work you'll have to connect to a VPN [Vypr/PIA] as some IP ban. I do not think they HWID ban but if they do it's really obvious on how to bypass that.
