hey skyfail met you in a lobby before. i hadnt realized i have this mod from a long time ago but if i try to use it its for iw4mp only.. changed iw4x.exe to iw4mp.exe but obviously didnt do anything and said couldnt start process or something. any ideas

if mines outdated would you be willing to send me this one? let me know what i can do for you if you can send it. puzzles me how it works without dll injection, and you cant really change its memory without crashing the game.

it was a noob attempt, always have to rule out the retarded options or else you waste time trying complex ways. for all i know it couldve been designed for iw4mp but iw4x was still vulnerable to this exploit but it searches for iw4mp instead of iw4x.

 

you can inject using a driver or like i do with DSEfix & Xenos Kernel APC injector

 

i tried xenos kernal and a few others and none worked... ill try dsefix but i think i tried injecting with a driver but didnt work. thanks for replying to me and such.

dsefix wont open for me and i already have the virtualbox driver... could you pm me what you would do usually if you get a chance? ive tried a few things but shit always goes south and doesnt work.

 

U need windows 7. Start dsefix as admin start xenos as admin

 

i have 7 x64, i got dsefix to work but i thought i had to sign blackbonedrv7.sys so i did
and you wouldnt happen to have a working dll for iw4? i thought almost any one would work but i got 0xC0000135 with xenos. ill try something again

hey i actually got it to inject and it works in a match but crashes in about 5-10 seconds...

The instruction at 0xdc315ca3 refrenced memory at 0xdc315ca3. The memory could not be read.
isnt this iw4x's ac? just crashes if you modify memory? it injects and works until you join a game then crashes.

used apc did everything else you need to do i know its a retard question but i dont get how skyfail did his

since i cant pm you, i was the guy that chatting with you for a few on scrapyard and on skidrow, i forget my name in game but you were im back. you helped me a bit and im puzzled on how you have your nonhost menu working without crashing? ive tried at least 15 different methods and ways of injecting and other stuff but it keeps crashing 10 seconds into the game. i thought iw4x patched memory editing and since the game is old i was wondering if you could maybe lend me a hand? its sad to see eo is going down even though i havent known about it for even a year. you and aimbrot are the 2 people that actually somehow helped me a bit compared to all the other bs ive seen.

i only know of 2 dlls that work as of today in iw4x, ive tested at least 15 different ones... do you know of any old ones from 4d1 or aiw etc that still work?
