And is there a way to run a program that will only record audio it picks up through a mic, IE if you're playing Warzone it will only record death comms/hot mics, is this sort of thing possible?
I used OBS to record. The reason I replaced the video footage was partly because my visuals were showing. In order to allow recording of the hotmics, you need to set up virtual cables for your audio. I usually have each audio application for my apps. Example setup: discord: cable 1 game: cable 2 system audio: mix output of cable 1 + cable 2 My only problem was that I was using the same cable output for both discord and gameplay so my friends could be heard talking at times. I'm done with warzone for the foreseeable future, but if I were to ever record footage again, I would certainly set things up like in my example setup, since then you can set OBS to only record cable 2, which would only be in-game audio. I'm not against people legit cheating, I just feel like it's a lot of effort for me personally. I'm using EO to have fun and chill with my friends, so I don't really want to play this game like it's my 9-5. Perfectly fine with people playing "legit", though, it's their call.
